I’m just starting out on my edward adventure, and wondered if you would mind sharing your code for inference using the Lotka Volterra simulator described in your paper: Deep and Hierarchical Implicit Models (Tran, et. al; 2017).
These kinds of intractable generative models are all the rage in ecology and it’s amazing how a little familiarity with the subject can help speed up learning new techniques.
